Dual Occupancy

Project Location: Berkeley Vale

A personal project of ours, we have created a subdivision within Berkeley Vale renovating and extending the existing 1970s home, with a custom-designed new build alongside.

Maximising the site’s potential, the corner block proved to be an ideal location for dual access with different street frontage. Working alongside my interior designer wife to assist in the planning, exterior and interior schemes, this project has been a passion of ours and has proven to be a great investment.
